Once you submit your event details at the link below, we'll promptly staff your event and process an invoice. To secure your entertainers, a 50% retainer is required within 24 hours of receiving your invoice.

Rates & Discounts: Holidays, fall dates, and weekends in September through December require a 2-hour minimum at a holiday rate. Multi-day event discounts available for larger events like festivals and trade shows.
Travel Fees: $50 per hour for round-trip drive time beyond a 30-minute radius from our office (Overland Park, KS 66207) or outside the KC Metro Area. Clients are responsible for flight expenses and overnight accommodations if needed.
Service Details: Face Painting, Balloon Art, Henna, Tattoos, and Caricature designs take 3-6 minutes each (12-16 guests per hour). Consider guest age and maturity when booking.
Fast Faces Technique: For larger events, we offer a Fast Faces technique (20-25 faces per hour). Additional charge of $25 per hour for multi-hour performances. Requires a dedicated volunteer and is only available for events of 2+ hours.
