Offer includes face painting, balloons, caricatures, glitter tattoos or select characters only. Bookings must be made between December 1, 2024, and March 31st 2025, to qualify for the discount. Services must take place simultaneously on a single occasion within normal travel areas at a time and date mutually agreed upon by both parties. If additional guests are to be included, time will need to be scheduled at our regular hourly rate.
